Cancellation fees due to illness will be waved due notice.Please do not come to an appointment if you are feeling ill, for the safety of our staff, clients, and your community.To keep our stylist’s availability up-to-date we require a strict 24 hour cancellation notice. Any appointment canceled, or rescheduled, with-out appropriate notice is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the treatment booked. Any appointment missed with no notice is subject to a fee equal to 100% of the booked treatment base price. To avoid such charges please contact us as soon as possible to update your appointment time.
